Why do Gilbert families choose MUV?
Gilbert parents tell us they wanted more than a workout. They wanted their kids to come home more confident, more focused and more respectful. Every MUV class blends Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai and Kickboxing with conditioning and a character lesson, taught by coaches led by founder Adam Kifer, a 5th Degree Black Belt.
Classes are grouped by age, so a 5-year-old and a 12-year-old never share the same lesson plan. Parents watch every class from a comfortable viewing area, and athletes follow a clear belt path so you always know what they're working toward.
Free parking sits right in front of the studio with ground-level entry — easy for after-school drop-offs and siblings in tow. Read more about our studio on the Chandler location page, or see what families say on our reviews page.
